show review by LISA ROWLEY Sardinas delighted fans and made many new ones at the Doheny Days Blues Festival in Long beach. In a perfect time slot in the early afternoon on the main stage, Sardinas energized the crowd with his signature hard-hitting style. The short set allowed Sardinas to showcase his best lics and original music without slowing the pace a bit. The high energy of performer and audience united when he jumped into the crowd. It was pure electricity when he ran full throttle thru the grass, blankets and chairs full of fans, all the while his fingers just as fast on his guitar. The rest of the night the buzz throughout the crowd was Sardinas, "...who was that guy?", "...did you hear that guy?", "...where can I see him?" Eric Sardinas once again solidified himself as a leading force in the So Cal music scene.
